Who do I contact for login issues? UC IT Support Desk at (032) 123-4567 loc. 8888 or email uc-support@digisoftph.com. Provide your employee/student ID.
Is my data secure? Yes β€” 256-bit encryption, 2FA, regular backups, fully compliant with Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
Can I access on my phone? Absolutely. Mobile-responsive web app works on iOS, Android, any browser. No extra app download required.
How to reset password? Use β€œForgot Password” on login page. Faculty can also contact department secretary for assisted reset.
Will the old system still be available? Yes. Only the data will remain available, as it has been migrated. All active transactions must be done in the new system.
